Unexcused non-appearance at an agreed appointment will be charged with CHF 80.00. An appointment is considered unexcused if not canceled at least 24 hours in advance by e-mail or telephone. A reminder e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address (if in booking process provided) 24 hours before the appointment.

Please note that our practice does not have an answering machine and therefore no voice messages can be left. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail via Swisscom.

As of this year, the new TARDOC tariffs have replaced the 18-year-old TARMED tariffs. As a result, there are some invoices that require certain adjustments. However, things will settle down within the course of this year.

With immediate effect, all invoices for the annual check-up (tariff code VG.00.0030 – gynaecological preventive examination) and all invoices for examinations carried out as part of the annual check-up (e.g. vaginal ultrasound, breast ultrasound or gynaecological consultation) will be sent directly to the patient.

Once you have settled the invoice, please send the reimbursement claim form to your health insurance provider. Depending on your insurance policy, your health insurance provider will reimburse you for the payment.

Appointments outside our opening hours are only possible in exceptional cases and by telephone arrangement.

Our daily telephone hours are 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00. On Wednesdays Dr. Zodan is not in the practice.

Holiday Opening Hours:

From 12 July to 2 August, the practice will be closed.
