Unexcused non-appearance at an agreed appointment will be charged with CHF 80.00. An appointment is considered unexcused if not canceled at least 24 hours in advance by e-mail or telephone. A reminder e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address (if in booking process provided) 24 hours before the appointment.
Please note that our practice does not have an answering machine and therefore no voice messages can be left. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail via Swisscom.
Christmas vacation
The practice is closed from December 24th until January 3rd.

Appointments outside our opening hours are only possible in exceptional cases and by telephone arrangement.
Our daily telephone hours are 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00. On Wednesdays Dr. Zodan is not in the practice.
Directions
The practice is located directly opposite Rüschlikon railway station. Public parking is available in front of the practice or in the nearby vicinity. A wheelchair accessible subway is located on the north side of the station.
